Amy needs light watering. Only water when the top 2” of the soil is dry. Water thoroughly and let excess water drains well to avoid root rot. Start with watering once per week and monitor the soil to decide on your schedule. This plant needs less watering in winter.
This plant prefers soils that can retain some moisture but still drain well. You can add some peat moss and perlite to regular potting mix soil to increase aeration and drainage.
