Aloe Dichotoma, or Aloidendron dichotomum, is an extremely tough and long-lived suculent that may reach the age of 80 years. This is one of the biggest members of the genus Aloe with thick green leaves and tiny, yellowish spikes. The leaves form a rosette at the branch tips. A young plant looks like a tiny bonsai, but a mature Dichotoma plant can grow up to 23 feet with many branches.
As Aloe Dichotoma is a slow grower it might take over several decades for this plant to reach to its mature height.
A mature plant might bloom yellow flowers in the spring, but that is very rare.
Plants may be shipped bare root.
